If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. Delay, delay, delay. Good thing they have a lifetime warranty so we get to put up with their horrible service the entire time. I would not recommend their product. I would go a different route it you are looking at new windows. 12/30/19 **UPDATE** I started this warranty claim back in June. IT'S STILL NOT RESOLVED!!! Their service is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. At the first of November they said they would have someone at my home to fix ALL the problems they were supposed to fix in JULY! They said in an email they'd have someone at my home 12/30/19 BUT that they would confirm with me the time and date. Do you think that happened...NO!!! It's simple, COMMUNICATE!!!! Milgard is the WORST!!! I regret the decision to put their product in my home.

My wife and I built our Dream home in southern Idaho in 2017, we installed milguard windows after many days of research including study of warranty specs. A year after moving in we saw a very small crack coming off the corner of a big great room 5/5 window, we contacted the local vendor whom we used to deliver our windows, installed by the most reputable builder in our area. They submitted a warranty claim, the date was scheduled for replacement last year and finally after many months of waiting the technician arrived and delivered a broken replacement window, he told my wife it would of been impossible for him to of replaced it by himself anyway and we will try and get back to you next year! March 11 is the promised date on a window replacement that has been 1.5 years in the making! A matching window to this one has a defect in it as well, it looks like a swirling fish eye in the middle of the pane! I’d never buy again from milguard windows Not Happy at all with this!

We had a terrific experience with Milgard recently. It's cold and snowy outside so we were concerned about changing out windows in December and our comfort inside. The two workmen were so quick and diligent as they removed and installed the windows (6) we had no discomfort at all. We were amazed at how quickly the entire project was completed with no inconvenience to us. People can't believe we're still getting service on our windows with a home that is almost 20 years old. Thanks Milgard!!

We have new Milgard windows across both stories of our home but the largest window has had major quality issues. I found my first visit by Milgard to be very pleasant; clearly, tho', the rep was hesitantly transparent. My second visit was even better more info about the style not being correct for the size of the window. Wish Milgard had better info for its suppliers/vendors.
