Ive lived in one of the properties from Maple Leaf for 6 months and couldnt be more satisfied with not only the property, but also the service and responsiveness from Taylor. She was always quick to get back to me and resolve any issues that came up. I would highly recommend them.

Taylor Wolf who I believe is the owner of this company lives in my neighborhood. We interact on Nextdoor. Im a landlord with three properties, 5 doors in the Salt Lake Area. Ive never met a more unprofessional person online. I cant imagine how she deals with contractors and tenants. I would encourage any landlords to think long and hard about what type of professionalism they want in a PM Co. This companys representative is sorely lacking in the professionalism department.

I have lived here for over a year now. Old Victorian single family home that has been converted to 7 Apt. Units of various sizes. Everything remodeled. Couldn't ask for a better setup. Must see !
