This is the worst place to rent from! We had an inspection and called multiple times to have the roof replaced and they never came! They knew how urgent it was to have the roof replaced before the inspection and still they wouldn't approve any of the estimates that was given to them. Literally 6 different people came out for an estimate and they denied them all because they didn't want to pay the money to fix it. Now we have to move due to their negligence to the property and lack of care of us having the inspection and getting it fixed. We have kids and right now isn't the best time to move and I've expressed this the 15 to 20xs I called maintenance and the 800 number they have. Not to mention that's the only number to even contact anyone and they never answer. I definitely kept dates and times I called so I can have proof and they can't deny any claims. I have multiple emails, phone calls and text messages not including the messages from when I called maintenance. I have proof of everything. It's crazy because when they thought I didnt pay my rent they sent emails as reminder etc but yet won't answer when I need my roof fixed. Thanks brick and vine now I have to move family somewhere else due to you guys not wanting to approve the roof being fixed.
