Holladay Grove Apartments

I lived at promontory apartments for 2 years. That first year everything was fantastic. I probably would have given it a four if not a five. However, after a change in management, the quality of service really went downhill. The location is great. It's a very centralized location however what they are now charging for three bedroom nowadays, you would be better off getting a condo.

I love the staff and maintenance crew. Any time I have need something, they have been on it.

I love not feeling like I live in the middle of the city, even though it is close to the heart of Sandy. It has the look of a community built away from all the shopping centers and traffic you see people walking or jogging, there is a creek nearby and trees everywhere that pulls it all together to make it seem like your up in the mountains. and then come fall your patio is filled with leaves, just like the mountains. And then you pull out of the parking lot and no matter which way you go..... anything you need is minutes away. As with anywhere you live there are always little things that you may not like, but I love that it is quite nice.and peaceful. Always remember wherever you live if you have people living above you it may get annoying on occasion, deal with it you might annoy the people above you. Though at times the poor girls in the office may not think I'm appreciative they are great I just get frustrated and sometimes forget there are many people that need something done I'm not the only one calling for assistance. And so on the complaint side, prices are high but I guess its the norm, Thanks to all of you at Promontory Point
