If I could give negative stars I would. This insurance company is a fraud. Do not go to this insurance company. They will treat you very poorly. I would rather go to Wal mart and get insurance from them before I ever go back here to Poulton. They do not want to do their job and they just are extremely ignorant. My experience with this "company" is extremely negative. Honestly, I think these people are scam artists. 0 out of 5 stars

This place is 100% a scam. They are extremely unhelpful. I would never go here if looking for insurance. This is the most unprofessional, most garbage insurance you can get. You might as well call McDonalds for insurance if you call this place. This place is a joke. DO NOT go here.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Poulton insurance. One star is too many. Where do I even begin? To start, my agent asked me for paperwork to continue my auto coverage. I sent it over & it was confirmed that I was good to go. 2 months later, I find out my auto insurance was canceled because the paperwork wasn't provided to the auto insurance company. I called & my agent and she informed me she needed additional paperwork (that she had never requested before and was extremely vague as to what it was) I got it reinstated but my monthly rate went up and I had to pay a reinstatement fee even though this was all on poulton for incorrectly confirming with me that I was all set & not sending over the paperwork. Additionally, I was driving around for TWO MONTHS without coverage unbeknownst to me! Poulton could have cared less that they messed it up and said it was all on me when I requested them to pay for the additional costs. This is just ONE of the multiple horrible experiences I've had with them, I couldn't cancel my coverage soon enough. I have essentially done their job for them the entire time. Worst experience ever.

100% unhelpful. Never, ever provided correct and important information about the insurance. Acted like it was not their job, that they have no information, they only work there. This is very typical for Utah-based companies. They never learned proper training from businesses who actually know what they are doing on both coasts. You may as well be calling Walmart for insurance.

Been waiting for over a month for some kind of proof of insurance. No bill yet but must be a scam!
Update: Canceled insurance went with another agent. Got a $900.00 +or- automatic withdrawal taken out for something I never had. They wont tell me what its for. Run
