        Worst INSURANCE AGENCY ever, Julio is the worst Agent ever. I told him long time ago that I wanted full insurance in my car and after I had an accident and surprise my car didnt have full insurance, and you know what my mistake was that I didnt read all the documents he gave me when I hired him, be careful with him and read all the papers, all the documents he gives you. Really bad experience with JULIO MENDOZA and American Family. I dont recommend it at all

      We have never had this issue with any customer regarding coverage if our agency did mess up we would honor the coverage, this review leads us to know this is a spam review, we don’t recognize any customer with their name as “Bad Service” with only 2 history of reviews , please disregard this fake review
