Platinum Care Assisted Living Center

My very picky elderly mother lived at Platinum Care at the end of her life and was very content. They even took her everyday to the nearby VA hospital to visit my dad. Very thoughtful.

I am so thankful that we found Platinum Care as a home for my mother, she developed Alzheimers and was no longer able to live safely on her own. The facility is kept very clean, it has a friendly and home like atmosphere. Each resident has a room they can decorate with their own belongings. The staff are knowledgeable, caring, and concerned for the residents. Being a smaller facility, staff knows every resident by first name, and knows are their needs. Any issues or concerns I had regarding my mother's care were promptly addressed by the owners. My mother would have been lost at a larger facility, we would not have been able to afford a more expensive home. I believe she receives the best of care at Platinum Care, she is treated with the honor and respect she deserves.
