HORRIBLE!!! If they want to do better, they need to get rid of Cody, Tiffany & Chelsea. The ones that are caring and stood out is the RN Girly, the PT dept, Kim in OT & Travis who's some sort of discharge coordinator. The food is the worst food ever. Day old lasagna with leftover refried beans together. Most of the staff is BEYOND RUDE & Chelsea told my mom to shut up and she said she didn't like my mom. Of course Chelsea denied it but there was an eye witness who backed up my mom. Also, lack of care she got including the nurse Tiffany who made her wait for 4 hours for a med she was supposed to get even 4 hours before that. I am told this is considered elder abuse. Call an ombudsman if your fam member is treated this way. Better yet get them out of there immediately! I had to talk to Travis to get thru this and he was helpful but not enough to get this facility more than 1 star. Their own staff is on here ratings this 5 stars and that's why they have so many stars.... right Cody Flake??

I recently spent a couple of weeks at St. George Rehabilitation. The staff was very caring. The physical and occupational therapists were extremely caring and enabled me to go home earlier than expected.

Newly remodeled. Under new administration. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Chef is amazing. I would recommend to send your loved ones here!
