        image My first visit with Brent Brown Toyota was good, they took care of my car right away. My recent encounter with them was not so great. I spoke with Enrique S. Regarding a cracked rim warranty and sent him an email containing photos of my rim on a Friday and called twice on Monday to follow up on the status of things with no call back. My fianc called to speak to two Supervisors and got hung up on both times. Customer Service was horrible and I will not return to them for any of my cars needs.

        image The Brent Brown team has been great to work with on buying my new truck, the accessories team has been amazing Rick is a great asset to your dealership everything has been great ! But had some tires and other accessories put on and had grease all over the rims when I picked it up so just kinda made it not so great but a little scrubbing and it will come off but overall a great experience.
