Jon and the entire Crew at the shop are are fantastic! After trying to get a resolution to a potentially catastrophic transmission failure on our Expedition with several others in town, We found j&k. They were able to diagnose and fix our problem Within 2 hours And get us on the road.Others could not diagnose and quoted us two to three weeks to even get the vehicle in the shop.I would highly recommend These experts! Very fast and professional service, I only took my car in to get a diagnostic, and only had to wait about 30 minutes. They found that my issue was not connected to the transmission, so they weren't able to assist me with repairs.
