I really wanted to give a 5 star review but I am not able to. While their selection of cars is good, the customer service and follow up after the purchase of the car has been terrible. We had a few little fixes the car needed after our purchase. I had also discussed a few other things I requested only to find out that these little requests were not honored. However after we drove away, we never heard back from 24 Motors. We waited for about a month after the dealership license plates expired and then we had to contact them for our license plates. We did not receive our license plates For nearly 2 months after their plates expired. We still don’t have the problems on our car fixed nor will it be fixed unless we assert ourselves. It’s been a big disappointment because we had high hopes to continue to do business with 24 Motors. But unless they don’t make a change in their customer service, I don’t feel we will be returning.

I LOVED buying my car here. I had been looking around on KSL and other used car dealers for a beater car to last me a few years, and I came across 24 Motors. I got far better price at a far higher quality than I was looking for. Great service--they really take care of you and want to make sure that you have a good experience with buying a car. It was my first time buying a car, and it was a very positive experience! 10/10 would recommend :)

Wouldn't recommend. Went here to purchase a minivan. They're basically purchasing vehicles from auction and flipping them. The van we looked at was listed with low mileage and no accidents. The Carfax then revealed it was from New Jersey and just sold at auction. As we checked the vehicle over, it had masking tape and paint over-spray in several areas? Under the hood had so much dressing oil to make it look clean it was ridiculous. Needed new tires and were considering the van if they came down the price of the tires. They played the whole "let me to go talk to my manager" game. We ended up having that happen 3 times. Finally, they came back and said have a nice day as we we're asking for new tires. Bottom-line, we feel this dealership is SHADY and I would recommend other buyers to be aware of what you're buying from them. We ended getting a Toyota certified minivan for piece of mind.
