This place is do bad I don't know how they stay in bussiness.the sales person Chris was very rude I told him of our problem and his exact words were " I don't care" then said things under his breath as I walked out when I turned around to question him he made rude gestures at me and my wife 0 stars save yourself some time and go somewhere else

Want on as the corporate kiosk was now closed (some time back now) and before I could explain that I had a question on my phone's payment plan, the dude was pushing their car gadget on me. "Keep it for 6 months and I'll give you a credit for the same on your account." Pushy, pushy, pushy. I go to the one down the road that's owned by corporate. Yeah, the mall is more convenient, but they are just so pushy, and it hasn't changed!

The guys at the T-Mobile store in Newgate are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I really trust these T-Mobile representatives!
