T-Mobile

This is not the T-Mobile store that I personally live closest to, however it was the closest one to me while I was out. I stopped in to get my new card information transferred over and to also pay a remaining bill because I did not have a card on file for X amount of time, which seems like a relatively quick and easy task to get done. When I arrived, I was told that I was the very next person on the list and that it would only take a few minutes before someone got to me. There were definitely quite a few people in there, but I trusted her word. I took a seat at the table next to another gentleman who is getting help because I did not necessarily feel like standing the entire time I had to wait. I ended up winning probably over an hour, and even though the thought of leaving did occurred to me, I did not want to waste the time I had already spent there. It wasnt until I overheard a worker say to one of their coworkers who is next, and I had to chime in, and say that I have been waiting much longer than I was told I wanted, and then they finally helped me out, and when I did get help, I do not feel like my service was great as everybody elses around me. Its really not that hard to keep track of a list of people and just call out the next persons name, so I highly recommend that someone is able to possibly give these workers the tools to manage their job correctly. I was very disappointed.

Chloe was honestly the best!! Helped me get a samsung watch and was so friendly even with my crazy 5 year old. Definitely felt welcomed and she took care of all my needs!! Chloe if you see this you're awesome and I ordered that neck fan!! Lol

Liz is the BEST. I live in AZ and had a terrible experience with the Mesa location, but Liz totally made up for it and then some. She made me feel heard and went above and beyond to make sure I still had a great experience. Shes the sweetest and really cares about her customers. Thank you Liz!

Guy didn't know alot. I thought he was new but he said he been there 4 years what???? He should educate himself more on all his products to help guests.
