went in last week to get my water tested. steve an older white haired gentleman tested my water. recommended that I shock my pool. asked for my zip code as he said the company tracks where their customers live if they need to build a store. asked for my email address to get offers and notifications. I did as I have several email addresses. so I can weed out spam. I read a review about another customer having an issue with this employee. I don't believe it. some people have nothing positive to say and tend to cry wolf. I gave this only 4 stars as I wish the price was lower but the quality makes up for it. hope this is/was helpful.

This was the first time my son and I entered this business to get some chemicals for our Jacuzzi. There was an older male (white hair) who approached us like we were bothering him. I brought him a sample of our water and just needed to know what chemicals I needed to buy so I could get back home. I was not asking for anyone to come to my home or call me later. This male never told us his name and was being very curt with me. He tried getting all my personal information and I had no idea what this persons name was plus the fact that I was paying cash and did not need anyone to come to my home. I gave him my name but my email and phone number I never give out. This male became even uglier after that. I asked for his boss and he said he would not tell me when his boss would be in. He was acting so erratically that I asked him what caffeine he was on and he informed me that he was not going to give me that information either...not expecting that answer, I said "so you are on medication" and he replied "something like that but you can call it that if you want." My son and I left after that. This individual gave me the creeps and there is no way in hell I will ever go back there unless this self admitted drugged person is no longer there. There is no reason to get a woman's personal information unless you plan on stalking her or something else. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL UPDATE: The district manager, Jesse, called me not to apologize but to inform me his employee, Steve, was just a "weird and quirky" individual and that he would discuss Steve's reference to use of drugs. This company doesn't need your money and definately does not care about their customers or how their "weird and quirky" employees are interacting with them. I found another pool place down crestway called sand dollar pools Inc. They are very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. Great prices Thank God I didn't spend my hard earned money here
