The Grandview of Westover Hills

The community has come a long way and the remodeling of the building is very nice! I recommended a family to visit and they moved their mother in. However, after meeting with the health & wellness nurse I soon realized I had made a BIG mistake. I am referring to nurse Maria who was very rude to myself along with team. She was arrogant and definitely not someone I would want in my senior living community around my loved ones! I sure hope this community finds another nurse who is compassionate about the residents. The nurse implied they hire off the street anybody who is willing to show up.

My Nine Months There Were MISERABLE , Thanks To A Wacko Director By The Name Of Farah Ramirez. She Posted On Facebook That She Was Promoted By God!, So If Your A Happy Camper, Loves Life, Loves To Laugh , Energetic, Spreading Love And Joy, This Place Is Not For You. I've Always Believed In What Goes Around, Comes Around. And To The Staff, The Price Of Greatness Is Responsibility . God Bless Texas.

Recently toured several communities in the area. The Grandview was by far the nicest facility with the kindest staff. We had the opportunity to eat while we were there and it was delicious. I feel comfortable knowing my mom will be taken care of like family. With my moms memory declining Im glad to know that the staff there understands both what my mom is going through and what I as a daughter am going through. I dont know how to explain it but it felt like a home there. Its nice to see all the people smiling. And as hard as this is they really helped me through this.
