DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE!!! Please Ive worked here for almost two years..I dont know where to begin.. The kitchen is filled with roaches and there has been a rodent issue since Ive started it is FILTHY. They have not been able to hold a DON Ive seen people come and and never seem to lastThis company is falling to pieces we have been short staffed for months now and HR has ignored our please for help. The ratio for your family members to the staff members they have available is law breaking and dangerous.!!! They do NOT listen to the staff members and they are now withholding my pay and not allowing me to use my PTO for a sick day. I spoke to LAURA from HR and she sarcastically asked me why I called in and scoffed and laughed and said I would not be able to use my PTO because I put my two week notice in MY PTO IS TIME THAT I HAVE EARNED AND SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN FROM ME. I will be following up with the Texas workforce commission and calling state. Management here is rude and unprofessional. Once again please DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE and you DO NOT want to work here.

I work at Morningside for 21 years. The staff and administration are top notch. In addition my family entrusted four loved ones to their care and were always pleased.

Morningside is a great place to live and work. Caring for those who cared for us just about says it all. The dedication and care from employee to resident is untouchable. My grandmother lived there in the 90's and having raised ten children it was nice to see her being cared for with such love and devotion by the staff.
