We rented for our Church Spring Festival last weekend. The lady on the phone was very helpful and the driver was nice too. The moonbounce was on time and really colorful and nice! The kids had a great time. Thank you! We will definitely use you again.

I'm doing a very late review on this company as it's been almost a year since our ordeal. However, with another party season approaching, and a google search of moonbounce in San Antonio, I wanted to make sure I didn't choose this company again. I booked my moon bounce a month in advance. Deposit was paid and I had a delivery time of very early morning as the party was for 12pm that day. I never received a confirmation call from the company as stated in their email. After an hour passed and I hadn't heard anything, I decided to give them a call. Due to us being far we were going to be the last delivery, which was fine since that was supposed to have been well before the party started. I'll make a very long story short by saying the delivery people didn't show up until the party was nearly over (3pm) and my husband and I told the delivery guys not to worry about setting up and we would call the office for a refund of our deposit. The man my husband spoke with cussed him out, yelled at him and was extremely unprofessional. The man hung up on my husband. I called him a few minutes after to initiate the refund and he was nasty to me as well. About a half hour later he called and was apologetic and let us know that he had many unhappy customers that day and he was overwhelmed. I get it, we're all human and at the very least I appreciated his apology. We did receive the refund a few days later as promised. I hope that with the name change that they are revamping themselves as a whole because I've never experienced anything quite like that before.
