I inquired about a moon walk on Wednesday for a birthday party Saturday the 14th and with what they had left they accommodated me perfectly even went above and beyond by delivering a little later than they would because it was a surprise party. We have been renting from them since i was little and they never failed. I recommend 20/10

I requested availability on February 5, 2022 for rental on their unicorn moonwalk. I recieved a response for additional information on date, time and place needed for the rental. I responded right away with this information. It is now February 17th and still no response from them. Their customer service has been awful and will not do business with them. If they can not commit to a simple email, I can not imagine an actual rental agreement and services. Thanks alot for nothing and I will take my business elsewhere.
