Sonic Drive-In

Really disappointed. Arrived at one of the ordering kiosks about 12 min before closing, just to order simple small slushes, and he refused to take our order because they were "closed". He agreed that their closing time was 10pm, but still told us he wouldn't take our order. They still had several cars in line and were serving them, but wouldn't serve us "unless we had ordered 'online' and were picking up an order" (according to the worker). 2nd bad experience there for us.

Unfortunately the stalls at this Sonic are the worst. If you park to order and any sort of line for the drive thru forms; you are stuck until someone is kind enough to let you back out. There isnt a single stall where the drive thru line doesnt cause this issue. Ive been stuck waiting to back up several times.

I ordered a large coke with EASY ICE and I ended up with 3/4 of the cup filled with ice.

Just close already every year this place get worst. The surrounding area is too nice of a location for this run down Sonic. It's not even fully open....it's drive thur only. Then everything I wanted they were out of. Sonic is a chain so to me this is a failure of the owner or their managers but probably both

Continued bad experiencejust to get a drink. Today waited 33min in the drive through to get one cherry limeade I ordered on the app. No car hopers and the screens had no power. Building really starting to look rundown, too, for whats a nice area. I can understand mixups but the girl acted put out when she tried to give me someone elses order. I let her know how long I waited and she said they were short staffedbut so is everyone else. She eventually handed me the drink and closed the window without saying a word. While waiting, more than 15 cars (I stopped counting) that had pulled in just left without ordering and the line was to the street when I drove off. Prior experience a month earlier was similar, but not as bad. Was hoping they worked out their issues, but apparently not.
