Little Caesars Pizza

I had a great experience at this location. Specifically Anthony Wellwood did a fantastic job in delivering great customer service to me and my family. When I went to this location, they did not have the toppings I wanted (strawberries) , but they helped me find an alternative and overall I was very satisfied!

This is probably one of the worst little caesar's we've been to. They never answer the phone when you try to call. At times we try to place our order online and you can't order. And when we are able to order online. We go pick up our order and its not even ready. They start working on it right as we get there. Another thing is the employees there don't care. They're is never anyone up front. You can be standing there for 15mins till they employees fighting in the back decide who's going to help the customer. The pizza quality is horrible pizza stuck to the box like if someone threw it or sat on it. Or the pizza looks old & hydrated.

This experience was wild. At the window they told me to park in slot one and it should be coming out, now or I dont know. I got home from paying almost $40 to find all three of my pizzas were not cut. One looked like it was flipped upside down. Another had so many ingredients in the center, the bottom of the slices had melted into the box and couldnt come up, and had a hole in the pizza! This has always been my favorite location until recently.

I started this review without seeing ir tasting the pizza. First off, the app allows you to only call in an order when but they have a Pizza Portal that needs some cleaning. I can't do an online order for any item. I can't get the store on the phone since their phone just hangs up on the first ring. The menu inside hasn't worked since who knows when. The customer service is bad, not horrible, but bad when the lady just tosses the pizza on the counter to their customers. I just hope I get my pizzas and crazy combo without any problems. But, those using Doordash to order seem to have no problem doing online orders as several went into the warmer.

Worst Little Caesars pizza place ever, placed my order online and said it would be ready in 30 minutes and 30 minutes later when I went to go pick it up my order it wasn't even started the cashier said it would be about 15 or 20 more minutes before it would be ready and even the people before me were complaining that they been waiting for awhile. I would recommend everyone to go to a different location. This wasn't the first or second time this has happened to me but also they don't put the sauces and forget the crazy bread. if you do go to this make sure you check your order before you leave.
