    I've never seen a busier sonics in my life. I waited 15min for someone to take my order and decided to just do it thru the app instead, since nobody seemed to be outside to ask. They got my order but didn't have some items I ordered so they wanted me to cancel my order and reorder it. I couldn't. The manger couldn't. So he just gave me a drink in substitute of my food. I waited 40min for a Frito pie and a drink..just to wait another 10min for the other half of my order. Which was 2 shakes took over an hr for 4 simple items. I would've left but I had already paid. Why they brought it out in separate trips seemed odd. Never again!

    Today we came for 50 cent corn dog day. Sadly sadly we were again disappointed because the corn dogs weren't very warm. I'm not sure how they make ice cream these days but it didn't taste like ice cream or ice milk it just tasted kind of like cold stuff!!Also, they were so under staffed. The website was not working correctly probably because every stall was full and people going through the drive-through and more people pulling up every minute. I'm sure their site was just overwhelmed. I know others were having problems with the app because the car hops told me they were. I find it very disappointing to go to one of my favorite places, sonic, only to find out it's mediocre at best. My heart is breaking!! If you go don't have high hopes set your expectations low....

    Yesterday I ordered a cheeseburger and chicken strips plus 2 diet Cokes. Cost $17. When I paid with credit card guy at window told me that my card only charged me $7. Could I pay the remainder in cash, $10. I paid him cash but thought this was strange. I waited for five minutes, no drinks or food delivered. Finally same guy reappears and tells me the chicken strips were dropped on the floor on the way to being cooked and he would give me a store credit of $6. Asked my name, put it in his cell phone and said whenever I was in area just tell Sonic I have a six dollar credit. Then he disappeared and another five minutes goes by. We must have been at drive thru window 15 minutes with a huge line behind us. A new guy appears and asks for my receipt. He brings me the chicken and cheeseburger and drinks. As we are driving off we see the first guy, he had taken a break and never gave us our food! My impression is this guy ripped off Sonic and pocketed the $10 cash and was about to steal our chicken dinner. My daughter didnt eat the chicken after hearing it fell on floor. She didnt want food poisoning. Its sad how all these Sonics are going downhill.

    I ordered a bag of ice and a blue coconut slush. After 15 minutes of waiting patiently I ordered a ocean water which came out promptly. Asked the server about my original ordered, replied suggested they forgot about it. Drive thru lane was moving steadily but I was still waiting for my order. 25 minutes and still nothing. Whatever was happening inside to delay this must be addressed. Left after that. However other than this experience everything is always good. Food is fresh, hot and never disappointed me . Time of day 5:15
