Chick-fil-A

While the food is always great and the staff are friendly and courteous, I think Im done with this location. Every time I come here I get beat at the double drive thru. Folks who arrive after me are either not waiting their turn and get ahead of me or I get stuck in a slower moving line with folks who arrived after me getting through quicker. I appreciate that there are several staff taking orders, but it just creates chaos in the lines. Other locations seem to have better control. I know losing my business at this location will have no impact since the drive thru is always backed up into the parking lot regardless of time of day. The long lines and lack of order in the drive thru have finally broken me. I think Ill just drive a little further for better service. Thanks for always getting my order correct, the always hot food, and friendly staff.

My kids love chick fil a so we come here often. I like to change it up sometimes and get the wrap with their garden herb ranch. It's so fresh! Staff is so friendly but sometimes they do forget several things. Like my son's juice, sauces, napkins.

Chick-fil-A is a top player when it comes to drive through experience. Theyre winning the game BY FAR. With this day in age- everything needs to be done fast- and theyre employees always give the BEST service. Alexis C. Brought me to google reviews. I just had to share her genuinity take this location to a new level.

Placed a large order and the brownie was missing. Not a big deal. Called and spoke with Ashley. She assured me that the credit would appear in my mobile app by the end of the day. It has been 3 weeks. No credit. I hope to update this review with a better outcome, but for now, it is a 1 star. Update: The owners did reach out to me, to correct the oversight. Not only did they give me a reward voucher, but they also issued complimentary equivalent reward points as well. What was most impressive was that this issue was resolved before I even had a chance to email them! Top Notch service. Upgrading to 5 stars!

Ordered online at around 9 pm, not a lot of people at that time. I selected curbside pickup for my nuggets. My order took longer than expected as there was light traffic, i spent around 15 minutes waiting on my car. Other than that it was good, friendly staff. This is the only time i have stopped at this location.
