Hotel location is perfect for the kind of errands we had, also convenient for the proximity with shopping centers we like. we really loved it. and the fact they have smoking rooms is a big plus.
Room was a total disappointment, there was a very bad plague of bugs (cockroaches) so our rooms were infested. rooms 207 and 122 had a nasty problem with bugs, room 270 not so much. - after first night we informed the front desk about this, they ensured they were going to send somebody to apply chemicals to kill the bugs and we confirmed we were going to spray the rooms also with RAID. they instructed not to do it but we were going to do it anyway (we didnt want to live the same nightmare from night before) so we requested to send somebody to clean the rooms, they said they would. When we came back that night, nobody cleaned the rooms so there were dead bugs all over the place (probably because of the chemicals they applied (if they did) and the RAID we sprayed) We approached the front desk asking why no cleaning was done and they explained that is the policy because of COVID, no cleaning until guest is gone (???) We reminded them about the dead bugs all over the place since early morning, they didnt know what to say. Lady at the front desk was kind enough to grab a broom and do some floor swiping in my room but to be honest is not what we expected. she witnessed how bad the problem was. i was going to demand a refund, i didnt do it.

What a disappointment!
I have made my reservation weeks in advance for one night stay during the weekend. Although when I called the clerk wasnt great, but I got my room booked. Today, few days of my planned trip, they call me to cancel my reservation because they are in Construcion. When argued about when that said construction started, she said many weeks ago. I keep asking myself why a professional business wouldnt have this information available by time of booking? But they wanted to wait to the last minute, which means I have to look for last minute prices to fulfill the gap created by their completely unprofessionalism and incompetence! Be careful when making a reservation on this hotel, you may be surprised with an unexpected cancelation.
