( if i made any false statements below, woodeeze would be able to force me to retract my statement) but i didnt and i also kept my evidence to prove someone else is not being honest??????WARNING Total RIP off!!!!! Way over price. Rey talked my wife into paying full amount before he would start ingraving our monument. After a month goes by,he informs us that his ingraver had quit. I found another company that charged less than half for same thing. When I went to retrieve my monument, he kept nearly $600 for design work that was LISTED on his invoice for $150. Crooked businesses do not grow cause they get no referrals and no word of mouth advertising and

I used these guys about 4 years ago, to do some custom engraving on 3 tumblers. All 3 were different designs, and all 3 turned out awesome! Now I need a custom retirement gift, so they'll be seeing me again in the next week.

I had terrible experience with these guys. 1 of the items got messed up that I sent(so I had to get another one to them), the time that it took for the items to get done and the deadlines that I gave them that were surpassed, and 1 more of the items was engraved wrong. Furthermore, communication was not the best in the beginning either. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to my friends or anyone else.
