Excellent service! We walked in panicking that it was too short of a notice to get trophies for our 5yr olds basketball team, we just got the news they were 1st place in the league and needed trophies for these little athletes by the next day. The owner and the 2 amazing women jumped into action to save the day! They found us just what we needed, engraving and all! The owner drove personally to pick up the order from the warehouse and had everything ready by the end of day! I have to say we sure were Blessed to find this shop! Beautiful trophies with impeccable customer service! The really cares about our kids feeling like the winners they are! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Team photos coming soon!

Ordered 3 months ago and paid, never received my coins. Now no one answers the voice mail or email. The $500 dollars we raised through volunteers all wasted. Will have all 200 angry parents calling demanding answers. If that doesn't work I sure the media will be interested in this larceny. I recommend not using them for anything. Update#1 finally spoke to manager, hung up on me after she claimed I "threatened" her. said to expect coins on the 30th of Nov. Update # 2, Owner emailed and said to expect 20% discount on order. Update # 3, Dec 6th, still no coins. Don't see how they stay in business, I never received an apology and didn't receive any product for the money. Will remove from list of approved vendors of Judson ISD.

I had an amazing experience with Celebrate Excellence. Their artists took my idea and turned it into an amazing coin. They were very responsive and made the entire process super easy.
