        Very accommodating here they take the time to understand the issue and resolve it immediately, they also took care of us as priority to attach 2 charms to a bracelet less than 15 minutes did a good job , thanks a lot .

Our charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry is still designed and produced in our Texas Hill Country workshops--not far from where James Avery, our founder, started in the summer of 1954. Today you can experience James Avery Artisan Jewelry for yourself in our store at City Base Landing in San Antonio!
