I never thought I would be giving a debt collection agency 5 stars. From the start Priscilla made me feel at ease and was able to get my debt lowered to a manageable amount. They are currently working on another issue so I'm not sure what will happen with that but so far so good. I am pleasantly surprised!

During the time I was in contact with Philip Parsons, he was helpful, patient, and diligent. I was suppose to settle a debt Friday but Philip carried me through the weekend with no pressure an we were able to get it taken care of first thing Monday morning. gracias por todo Philip
