Had no idea how to take care of this debt. I didn't have an account number or anything the lady Terry Kelly helped me out! We got my debt found and taken care of and she talked me through their website all In 10 minutes, very good customer service. Idk about those other reviews they had me really nervous about calling to get this taken care of. Mind is now at ease!

I feel like all the reviews for this place is full of Karens. Lmao. I had to talk to 2 different people because I didn't know my account number associated with my debt. I was still out and able to pay for my debt within 10 minutes. I was treated with respect and both representatives were full of professionalism. Simple and fast process.

I just can't believe how rude and disrespectful this people are. They don't have a cent of empathy towards customers. They yelled and call names to customers other than help them. Shame on you the manager didn't wanted to disclose her name until they transfer me to another person which i doubt it was her real name Eva Mendez omg just can't believe it. I hope that they can close this company there are too many complaints and non one does anything.

word of advice. If you would like someone to resolve any collection. Hire qualified representatives, hire those who value your company unlike the rude employee Sophia.

At the beginning of my communication I spoke with Juan Lopez who was extremely polite and professional. I explained that their company was ERRONEOUSLY reporting derogatory information on an account previously discharged in bankruptcy. He placed me on a brief hold and upon his return explained he would be transferring me to a manager to assist.
The person came on the line , speaking fast and appeared to say her name was Terri Kelly. When I asked her to repeat her name, she said please hold. 2 seconds later she came to the line, said my name and I again asked her for clarification on her name. She seemed intent on not clarifying and said rather RUDELY "I'M TALKING "
I disconnected the call.
There is no need for rudeness particularly given the circumstances. I am literally crafting letters to the BBB. Everyone has a right to know who they are speaking to when you're on a phone call. We have so many Americans dealing with grave issues, kindness and compassion are a MUST.
