        After being on a call with AT&T customer svc for 1.5 hours and NO resolution to my issue, I drove to this AT&T Customer Store. Raul Garcia patiently listened to my issue with my iPad. Within 10 minutes, my problem was satisfactorily resolved. I can't say enough about his knowledge, willingness to help, and positive attitude as he continued to answer additional questions I had. I appreciate the exemplary customer service that Raul Garcia provided to me.
