The lady in here is super helpful and talk about multitasking they definitely are not paying her enough she was so helpful and polite and showed us incredible deals

Poor customer service. The associate failed to tell me that an upgrade is non refundable. I purchased a phone thru smart pay. I was told the amount I was approved and how much I would be paying monthly. She read me the cost for the 10months. I gotta call this morning telling me the amount I had to pay off in 90ds. It was more than what I was told. They told me to go back to metro for a refund because they always fail to tell customers the correct Info. We’ll I went to metro and they told me it was not refundable because it was an upgrade. I wish she should of told me that instead of being worried about my kids getting iPhones at a young age. And trying to sell me some phones with a sticker as a display. The display iPhones you’re able to play with them, see the screen. Over all Eloísa and some other 2 dudes that worked with her have poor customers. Like if we knw the policies. 🤦🏼‍♀️ and the manager never came out. What would I expect from metro huh. I’ll be taking my service else where. 🙄
