This location is always super friendly and very helpful! Anytime I have had a concern they have put it to ease, explaining to me what was wrong and how they fixed it. I appreciate that they always go above and beyond for their customers!

Walked in needing to buy a new phone. Was greeted and asked what I needed. I told the girl and the guy behind the counter that I needed to buy a new phone. I looked at phones for about 15 minutes with absolutely no interaction from the staff. I went to the counter where the girl just kinda looked at me as I approached, never saying anything. I asked about a phone I liked and she immediately said, "we don't have any." I stood there about 30 seconds expecting her to say something else but she never did. I asked if she could check other stores to see if they had any. Again, I got a very short reply of, " we can't do that." Never once was I offered an alternative phone. Never once was I treated as if I was a valued customer to them. I should have known. I live right by this store and have NEVER gotten decent service from them. I honestly don't know why I even went to that store knowing it's piss poor customer service record. Never again. I left and went to the store at Blanco and 1604 where I was treated like a valued customer. I asked about the phone I wanted and was told they didn't have it. They also checked stock at other stores for me. I was offered an alternative phone and in the end, I spent almost $1,400 before I left the store. I will never again visit the store at Blanco and West. It is pathetic and poorly run and the staff there needs to be fired. Piss poor work ethic.
