Jose was new at his position but he showed great knowledgeability of helping me purchase a new phone and transferring my data from my old phone to the new phone at T Mobile on 1604 and Bulverde road. Everyone was very friendly and personable! I recommend coming to this TMobile location for your cellular phone service!!

Had a wonderful experience at this location. Jose and Leroy were so helpful and did not hesitate to offer the most practical yet best deals. Superb customer service!

I'm generally not one to be so critical, but after being sold the incorrect phone by a new sales representative I was told to come back the next day and see the store manager as he could process the return. They guaranteed I'd be waived the restocking fee as it was an employee mistake as well. Arriving the next day, as I was told to, another associate informed me the manager had left already (because "they don't really stay that long"). I attempted to get the store managers name, so I would at least be able to ask for the right person if I needed to return. This was asking far too much from them, however. My wife was even able to get them to call the store manager who directed us to just wait until the next time he was in or go to another store. Certain aspects of the whole transaction, would have been understandable if they were following store policy, but after going to another T mobile store to resolve the issue, I was informed that much of what this location told me was untrue. Along with a gratuitous misunderstanding of their own rules, this location seemed to lack a general sense of professionalism when dealing with us as customers. Simply put...a bad experience all around. You can do better.
