image Hotel should be ashamed. Was staying there with my best friend and got asked to leave because the water was Contaminated. As we were leaving I stop and talked to a gentleman from the city and he told us everything. Guest has been using sewer water and hotel has knowledge and hasn’t done a thing. Do not stay here. I am not surprise if a class action does not form soon.

image My son and his father stayed here March 25-27. When we arrived, I told his dad I didnt get a good feeling about the place. Then they told me the indoor pool was broken, cold and not heated. I still did not get a good feeling about the place. One desk person told them it was cash only for the snacks and drinks for sale and could not be charged to the room. Another told them they could charge them to
The room. Upon check out 3/27/22 and leaving the hotel, they realized they left some things behind in the room. Since my sons father lives out of town, I went back to the hotel to retrieve the items. The front desk had a bell and a sign that they were away and check-in was 3 pm. Beside the sign was a post-it note to call an(830) phone number and they will be right there to assist you. I rang the bell, no answer. I called the other phone number 3 times and it never rang and would not allow text or voice messages to be sent. I rang the front desk bell again, no one answered. Then, I called the hotels phone number. Within one ring, a male desk clerk came from behind the door and answered the phone while motioning to me that he would be with me in a moment. I hung up the phone, telling him it was me calling since all the other methods were not working. I asked him about how we could retrieve the left behind items and he was not much into wanting to help me get them back. I told him only about the missing Gatorade bottle. He asked I leave my name and number and someone would call me back. No one ever called me. My sons iPad has been reported stolen. The missing Gatorade bottle has been replaced. But please know you may want to find a different place to stay as it is old and just a little facade work to try to make it look decent.

image I was bit by a venomous spider on my first night TWICE. Had to go to urgent care the next day. Then after the second night, I woke up with bed bugs in my pillow and more bites. I posted pictures and a review yesterday but I guess it was deleted. Before this I never had a problem with this hotel and always stay here because it has a great location and is normally wonderful. Im just making it aware so others dont end up with the same issue. I told the clerk when I checked out and he said he would make a note of it for the manager. I just called again (2 days later) because I still havent heard anything or been given a refund. My bites are still swollen and I had to spend a lot of money to go to urgent care and get prescriptions for these spider bites. Maybe this is a fluke thing but its kind of ridiculous that no one has called me back yet or anything.
