Today, March 12, a reservation was made, the women was bitter, despotic and inept at doing her job, she was asked to cancel, the situation was explained to her, and she refused to cancel, she spoke to the company where the reservation was made. reservation, they refused to make the cancellation, it was less than 30 minutes before the reservation was made, committing the error off location, they were not affected in the least, but if I consider it a theft, intentional, they should have more ethics as a hotel, I understand that it was my mistake but they should have taken the circumstances into consideration.
Pay attention to not be victims of theft, justifying your policies.
