Worst power company in this area and horrible customer service representative experience when I called in. Weve lost power 3 times in one month for blown fuses and they refuse to issue credits or adjustments. Very reluctant to help and not understanding of those of us who work from home. Power going out on a Thursday at 10am is unacceptable. 3rd word countries have better power than our neighborhood and the speed oncor takes to get it back on is embarrassing.

Oncor is quite possibly the most incompetent power company I have ever dealt with.
Weather does not have to be inclement for our power to go out and if bad weather is expected, you might as well prepare for no power.
We have lost 1000s of dollars worth of groceries at this point and when I reach out to let them know, I am always met with rude and hostile employees.
Maybe the residents should collectively not pay their power bills until this company performs the necessary repairs to the area to keep their power on.
Ill be sure to bring that up in our next community meeting.

I actually think this company is a scam cause I'm with a different company and still oncor charges me also so that's highway robbery if you ask me people are having a hard enough time trying to pay bills and this company charges us with our power company this company should be shut down cause our power company already pays them for the power and then we get charged again
