The listed street address actually belongs to the post office. It might be more honest to list a PO Box, which would at least be more clear that there is no business location for consumers to find.

"I am new to the area, and I was SOOO relieved to find Round Rock Electricity on a quick web search. A nice person ANSWERED the phone! No holding or pushing buttons. And I needed 'nice' with all the stress of moving. They helped me get my service set up quick and explained all I wanted to know. They even gave me the phone numbers to the gas company and the City for the water. Great service from this company; not all that common today. Thanks!"

Called today to get rates after a $500 electricity bill with a different company. Spoke with someone right away, he was straight forward and explained to me what could have caused my bill when the company I was with wouldn't even do that! No hidden fees, he explained everything in detail, and their rates were the best out of the 6 companies I called. Switching to them immediately!
