        Upgrades and repairs appear to be lagging. The electronic connections were ancient and the electrical outlets almost inaccessible and too few. For an accessible room, the toilet was too low, the tub with seat was good. The sink was at risk of tearing off the wall. Rooms: Beds were fine. Outlets poor especially for an "accessible" room
