Extremely loud guests and very rude staff who are unwilling to help you in any way. Manager was a joke too. Thought i would have a quiet vacation but no help to Hilton staff i suffered a massive migraine from the parties that were going on in the private rooms during Easter Weekend. They allowed teenagers to get drunk on the property and blast music until close to 5am. It was very disturbing to say the least that they were unwilling to help me so I grabbed my belongings and checked out and had to find another hotel. Still was charged my entire stay and have not heard anything from anyone. Would not recommend to anyone!

Save your money. Shady business practices. Will blatantly lie to your faces about simple things. Also be careful room service will steal your food and clothes. Had a 250.00 dress just vanish into thin air. Still no word from manager after 2 weeks. Just don't waste your time!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Room service will steal your items and then they will say they looked at cameras and only brought out items that weren't even in your room! Over $80.00 of snacks stolen and thats AFTER i had to beg them to clean my room because apparently its a service you have to request now. Even though I was there with 15 other people who had there room cleaned without asking. Very flaky staff and horrible attitude. Will never choose Embassy Suites again! The lies just keep coming like vomit from the hotel staff. Be very careful! Also make sure to check under your sheets. Very disturbing.
