Wow. I don’t even know where to start! With this unprecedented winter storm, we experienced severe flooding in our home. The flooding damaged some of the second floor and the majority of the first floor. Immediately, I called the 800 number for StateFarm and got nowhere. I called Ted Heaton (my StateFarm agent), during the height of the storm, and he began working on my claim himself THAT NIGHT. The next morning, he had put me in direct contact with the contractor who would be repairing our home. I was in disbelief. StateFarm 800 number said that their entire system was down and that I would wait to file the claim. I called Ted and he magically made it happen! Not only did he put me in contact with the contractors, they came out today and immediately went to work. Keep in mind, our house flooded two days ago. In two days, during a horrific winter storm, Ted made it happen. In addition to this, Ted made it very easy for us to book a room at a nearby hotel while the repairs are being done, ensuring the StateFarm would cover the cost ASAP for the room. I am so upset about our home but couldn’t have picked a better insurance company and a better agent then Ted. Ted, if you read this, we are forever indebted to you!

Gussie did an amazing job getting me established with the business insurance I needed to start my online business. She couldn't have made this process easier or faster! Being a first-time business owner, I didn't know exactly what I needed, but Gussie guided me every step of the way. Insurance is fine but that's about state farm not this specific guy. I didn't even go to this office specifically, I signed up for my insurance completely online and just got assigned to this local office. My review that is specific to this office is they're extremely annoying, constantly contacting me through email and mail all the time! Mailing me tons of information and ads I don't need, emailing me asking me to write a public review. Well here ya go, please stop harassing me and leave me alone with my insurance.
