Terrible agent. I call and no one answers the phone. I leave messages and no one returns my calls. I will be finding a different agent.

This agency was transferred from another agent well over a year ago. Since then I've had absolutely no contact with this agent or anyone in this office. He has never answered the phone, or returned any voicemails or return any emails. If you go to the office address listed, it is closed and empty. As of today I cancelled all of my policies and move to a different insurance company entirely. I advise that you do not use this agent because you will have absolutely no service from him or his staff, if he even has a staff.

I tried for three days to contact Mr. Macayeal via phone calls and email. I drove 50 miles from my home to go to the office only to find it locked and empty.
