Billy Moore - State Farm Insurance Agent

Billy and his team are very responsive. I love having a local agent and office ready and willing to serve my needs. I purchased a new used car at 5pm, called the office and sent an email. The office had closed but in less than two hours Billy responded himself to let me know everything was taken care of and my new vehicle was covered. Thanks for making change so easy!

I couldnt say enough good about Mr Billy Moore . I moved from out of state to Texas 10 years ago and had State Farm as my insurer from California and then got introduced to Mr Moore agency in Texas . His service is outstanding with very prompt and quick service . I ended up getting home, auto and my business insurance thru him . He is the best representation for State Farm I have had over the 34 years . I started my relationship as a client and have become a friend of Mr Moore and says a lot about his service. A driver insured by Flo hit my truck a few weeks ago. All was going well at first then i get a phone call saying the inspector said my truck was drivable which looking at it yes its definitely fine but driving it something was wrong with my front suspension. I dont know about yall but i have to steer every now and then. They being said they took my rental away from me until my truck was ready to be fixed Then supposedly going to reissue my rental. I havent ever dealt with (their name rhymes with aggressive) and if this is how they treat their victims definitely dont even consider them. This definitely proves Jake is better than Flo.
