Our relationship with Audrey has been one of not only client/realtor but ended in friendship as well. She went above and beyond for us and got our house sold in a couple of weeks. We have bought and sold many houses and she by far was the best realtor we have had. Thank you Audrey!

Be careful if you rent a vrbo property from this company. We rented one, and Brandi was our point of contact. The property was not as presented. It was supposed to be a 3 bed 2 bath. It was a 2 bed 1 bath. With a separate bath and separate bedroom downstairs. The downstairs bathroom is not attached to the downstairs bedroom. If you need to go to the restroom at night, you have to go outside to get to it.
The rental smelled atrocious. Moth ball smell would take your head off. My wife grew up on the coast, and we have stayed at many properties along the coast. None have ever smelled this bad.
Brandi immediately offered us a full refund after we drove 3 hours to get there. Key Allegro knew it wasn't okay and that it wasn't as described.
Brandi seemed to think it was funny, and her attitude came through loud and clear. Fortunately, even though it was Spring Break, we were able to get another place in Port A. The funny thing about this is Brandi left us a 1 star review on VRBO for a property that we didn't even stay at. I find this to be a great example of her ethics. She even admitted that what we stated about the property was correct in her review.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Our realtor Audrey was the best. We really appreciate everything she did to help us with the purchase of our home in Rockport. She was such a blessing and we are so thankful!!!
