        Didnt seem to care that the house was full of mold. No one has helped me since I bought this house. Be careful of sellers and agents. Sometimes they are best friends because I inherited a mess.

        I have had the worst experience with Kelly Blackwell. He/she is worthless as a realter. I have sent text messages asking for information on 103 S. Arch asking for information on this property and don't get a response. I want to buy it and asked for a viewing a month ago and still no response. Apparently, Kelly thinks that his/her responsibility ends after listing a property. I fill sorry for the owners; they lowered the price on the property thinking that no one is interested without realizing that it's not the property's attractiveness, it's that they chose a bad real estate Co. with a bad agent. The agent's job is to list a property and then be "actively trying to sell it. I gave Kelly a one star, but it should be minus one. I hope that the owners of the property read this rating and find themselves another real estate company. This property could have been sold a month ago.
