I called the pick-up location prior to me heading there and never did they mention the original location was temporary moved somewhere else. I had to arrive and see a note on the door with the new address. Once I arrived, the check-in process was fast and convenient. The vehicle was a different story. It looked like someone had just returned it. It was dirty inside and out with only half a tank of fuel. There was a Starbucks cup lid in the truck, someone's handkerchief in the center-consel and trash under the seats. Yet it had a note stating the vehicles were sanitized?

I am so pleased with my rental experience! The entire staff was kind and went out of their way to make sure I was safe and happy!

Very poor experience. The first gentleman I had to deal with was clearly upset they had a customer to deal with. Luckily the employee that showed me the car was professional and polite. I will be avoiding Enterprise in the future.
