Spa at Willow Bend

This is a great place in Plano to relax and enjoy a massage, laser or facial; complete with suana, relaxing room, and place for events, parties and meetings. I love coming here to relax. I had my "Big" birthday event here last week and had a wine tasting. The venue was free!! The providers are highly trained. I get laser and facials here. And the massages are heavenly. They now carry a full line of SkinMedica, complete with TMS and Tri-retinol. The Medical Director is Dr. Sam Lam. I love it there

I have a large family. We are constantly getting gift cards for each for birthdays and such. I loved this place. I bought a very large gift certificate for my mother. She lost her husband after a battle with cancer and finally got herself out to go to the spa. They have since changed owners. They did not honor my mother's large gift certificate that was purchased for her. I think this is VERY bad business to start off. Our family will completely cease any and all sessions with them.

LOVE THIS PLACE! The moment I walked, the girls at the front welcomed me, they were really accommodating, they wanted to make me feel SUPER relaxed. After my first treatment, which was a massage with Cathy C. I came back for a facial with Leanne, she was absolutely amazing! Now I am doing the PAINLESS laser hair removal with Babette. All of the service providers are very knowledgeable and so so sweet. I do recommend people come here. Prices are reasonable especially if you buy packages.

I do not recommend. This place is expensive beyond belief, decor is tacky, and an overpowering smell. On the plus side, parking is great because very few people were there because of the cost.
