        I called on 6/16 and asked for 2 products to be held aside. Came in at 3pm on 6/17 and no one could find them. So we had to find them again. While checking out she gets my info, and when I gave her my date of birth which is in 5 days she wouldnt honor the birthday coupon. I was already in the system, she was only asking for updated information. Just Wow!!! That $5 is more important to your sales than celebrating a customer and allowing her to have her birthday coupon. Even funnier is how she said if there is an issue with the products just to keep my receipt and ask for a manager. Maybe I will just return my products and get them somewhere else who would honor their customers birthday. This customer service is why there arent any of this company left.
