        Horrible service. Man I spoke to did not want to help me at all. Just said they did not have the product and did not try to give me an alternative choice. Seems like he wanted me out of the store. His name was Manny. Very disappointed!

        In general, Best Buy's customer service is one of the best. But at this particular location we met Brian, who assisted us with the purchase of several iPhones. He was knowledgeable, and best of all he was patience answering countless questions we here at him about the products. Best Buy has one of the best, if not the best, employee within their organization hope they recognize this talented employee.
