So happy to switch to T-Mobile. Staff was friendly and not to just us. We were there switching over 5 lines so we saw a lot of interaction. The whole staff was great. We did not leave this store feeling lost or confused...we knew what to expect and felt confident and informed about our new plan and coverage! Definitely go to this location if it is close for you.

Had to upgrade our iphoneswas expecting to be pressured into buying the newest; however Chelsea was great. She made suggestions, answered questions, let us know what the promotions were, and helped us find the phones we needed. We left the store happy with our purchases.

T-Mobile is a big business company. It acquired and affiliate with many names like Metro PCs, mint mobile. It also swallows a big name like Sprint. However Nokia shouldnt be in product line. Sold by T-Mobile employee an inferior Nokia x 100. 1. Though existing loyal customers walk-in store has limited upgrades. In-store customers were charged an already connected $35 connection fee.2.An "angel" name of call center female employee provided me wrong information about upgrading to Samsung A 14. She said go to any Walmart pickup A14 for free. A Walmart manager told me " it's wrong information". Ended up given upgrade to Motorola g instead of A 14 at T-Mobile store in Murphy. Moto g 5 g given free also a sucky phone. T-Mobile higher price than $15 mint Mobile & spectrum. 3. Though T-Mobile home Internet equipment already returned. It's still charging $50/month.

(Espanol) They have a lot of bad reviews, but our experience with Chelsea was stellar. She assisted us and another customer with several phones. He has expressed his gratitude/satisfaction with her service as well. She sweet phones up for him and for us. Made sure we understood and we're happy with what we were getting. Thank you, Chelsea!! The store picked up while we were there. The atmosphere was great. Everyone was welcomed by the staff. They're not "hanging around," they're busy. There's a lot of laughter and smiling going on with employees and customers. There is a longer wait, depending on the number of customers and what needs to be done. I'm not sure how the sign in works. A lady did get skipped, but she looked like she was part of another group, so understandable. Overall, it is better customer service than AT&T by far. Let's see how reception and plans go! They have many negative reviews. Our experience with Chelsea was stellar. She helped us and another customer with several phones. He also expressed his gratitude/satisfaction with their service. I don't know if she speaks Spanish, but... Ask about her- she's a very good person. The store was busy during our time there. They were all welcomed by the staff. There are no drivers, they are busy. There is a lot of jokes and smiles between employees and customers. Longer waits depending on the number of clients and the needs met. I'm not sure how the login works. He jumped a lady, but she seemed part of another group, so I understand. Overall, better customer service than AT&T by far. Let's see how the service and prices go.
