Prosperity Bank

Have always left this bank frustrated. Long wait times even when nobody else is in the lobby, it just seems like simple things always tend to take a long time across the board at these banks. Have also not been impressed by the technology or lack there of using online baking.was never able to get logged in, despite having the branch set up the application and was way more complicated than any other bank. Ive used before. Will be taking business elsewhere.

Don't use this bank if you want to send more than $500 dollars over PayPal or any phone apps. Also don't use if you'd like to withdraw more than $2000 as they didn't have enough cash in the bank (I know) to let me do my withdrawal.

Worst branch ever! I called the bank at 9am sharp and asked if I needed an appointment and was told no, "just come in, we have plenty of bankers available" um, no you don't. I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes only to be told that a group who walked in 30 minutes after me had an appointment. I finally walked out an hour later and never saw a banker.
