This is my favorite location, they always take their time to ensure everything is completed. Recently, Ella helped me with my digital banking and fixed everything perfectly. I am thoroughly impressed by Jessica because she went above and beyond , I had a really important purchase to make. thanks to Jessica's sense of urgency, we were able to close on property within the time frame before it was too late. She went out of her way and made it happen it was amazing.

This is a long review. This is also a personal review with syrupy sentiment praising people I've had the pleasure to know for the past 7 years. So it may become tiresome to read. But too bad. I'm not apologizing, because this review is very deserved and WAY overdue. I started driving Uber 7 years ago. Part of that process involves setting up an account where Uber can deposit your earnings. I picked the nearest available small bank, which happened to be this particular First Convenience Bank in the Walmart Super Center at 1700 Dallas Parkway. I just turned 70 and have been a regular patron thru the decades to my fair share of banking establishments. Everybody's heard of or has used, myself included, at least one of the five big banks : Chase, Bank of America, Citibank, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank. And that's what they are and therein is their problem: they're big; too big; so big, in fact that regular customers like you or me don't really exist. We are just numbers, a set of routing digits or auto-withdraws or .. ugh .. the dreaded overdraft fee. Ok, I think you get where I'm going with this. First Convenience Bank is not about big. It's about you and me and the other regular people living regular lives. And it's at its best if you've had the pleasure, and it is always a pleasure, of being a customer at THIS branch of First Convenience Bank managed by Ms. Deandria Johnson. Ms. Johnson is the consummate professional and should be First Convenience Bank's nationwide poster person for customer service excellence. She should actually teach a class on it to be used as a nationwide prototype. That's how good she is. She's a hands-on manager, professional, friendly, always impeccably dressed, organized, patient, witty, focused, knows all of the specifics of the First Convenience banking processes and explains everything thoroughly, and interacts with her employees and customers in an easy, seamless manner. She has personally helped me set up my original Uber deposit account, helped me apply for and obtain a 1st Convenience Master Card, walked me through problems I had with my on-line account, and helped me apply for several loans. But Deandria also does what is not common anymore. She asks me how I'm doing. She enquires if my family is doing ok and what's going on in my life. She doesn't have to do that. But that, in fact, is one of the forgotten secrets to good customer service : the extras; the little things; the positivity; the smile of encouragement when you really needed one but maybe didn't even know it. Deandria's excellence is also evident in the professionalism, the friendliness, and customer service attitudes present in the performance of each of her associates. They are well-trained, thorough, upbeat, and reflect Deandria's positive human touch that old-fashioned banking skills and interaction with the public used to and still can mean. In a world where you go about your daily business in a fast-paced, faceless digital rush, where your banking is done on-the-run with annoying AIs wanting acct verifications, last four SS digits, etc. etc., to the point that you're frustrated, frazzled, and fed up, it's nice to have an option. I have moved twice but still will go out of my way, drive the extra couple of miles, just to use THIS branch managed by Deandria Johnson of First Convenience Bank. Because, when it's all said and done, isn't THIS what real banking is supposed to be all about?
